The hybrid trailing cup is the perfect option for welding, reactive metals, and orbital welding applications, as well as stationary and manual welding.
The cup is made from a high temp resin material and is rated up to 85A.
This cup is designed to be used in DC welding applications.
This cup is also what some referred to as a “finishing cup”
Meaning that it is used on the final weld out for the highest aesthetic result possible.
This cup is not ideal under high heat or on dirty material

They say in welding “ABC” Always Be Comfortable. I’ve used it all big cups bigger cups small trailing cup attached, detached. Although I’ve had similar results with others, nothing is more ergonomical and effective as Hybrid cup. Once dialed in you can’t miss with this. From small to larger diameter tubes it will cover it all. Hands down the best and only finish cup I use now.
Not having to run an extra argon line to my torch head is a huge time and space saver! It's very well designed and engineered. Easy swap for tacking then to welding making my day of prototyping and building exhausts less frustrating and more efficient! Excellent gas coverage without the mess!
I've been using this cup for the last 3 weeks. I just finished a big titanium job. This cup performs better than any other cup I have used. The amount of argon coverage is unbelievable.
With a positioner or freehand this cup is a beast. Love it
